German thrash pioneers Exumer return with Death Mask Messiah, their sixth album and first in seven years. Produced by Dominic Paraskevopoulos (Kreator, Caliban) and mixed/mastered by Arthur Rizk (Soulfly, King Diamond), it's the band's most aggressive record in years, built on razor-sharp riffs and old-school Teutonic fury. Lyrically, it takes aim at false prophets, misinformation and political manipulation. Also includes a cover of Nasty Savage's "Unchained Angel" featuring Nasty Ronnie himself on guest vocals.
